Shipping Info

SHIPPING RATES:

We keep it simple, you pay one of three flat shipping rates depending on your order total no matter how many items are in your order.  Orders up to $25 ship for a flat $7.99 anywhere in the continental U.S., orders over $25.00 pay a flat rate based on order cost and location, orders over $100 ship FREE in the continental U.S.

SHIPPING METHOD:
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary domestic and international carrier along with United Parcel Service (UPS) ((the guys with the big brown trucks)) for larger orders and freight. We ship using Standard Ground and Priority Mail depending on the best method for your location, and offer International shipping as well.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our products are all made on demand in the USA when you place your order, which means sometimes it takes a little longer to get them out the door depending on how busy we are fulfilling orders.  We try to process and ship the majority of orders within 5 business days following your purchase (Monday - Friday).   Please keep in mind we make all of our products by hand when you order them so sometimes it takes longer than others to get orders out the door.  During busier times of the year, on rare occasions, orders could take several weeks to ship.  We understand nobody likes to wait for their order.  Since we keep no completed inventory we can keep costs as low as possible which allows us to make some items in bulk and offer sales and specials!  Shipments within the Continental U.S. typically take 2-3 business days for delivery, sometimes a little more depending on your location. International orders can take up to two weeks for delivery (it once took 3 months...it involved planes, trains, cars and boats...don't ask : )

If you have any special shipping needs, you can let us know in the comments field of your order during the checkout process and we will try to fulfill them.

Intl. shipping rates vary according to destination and fees.  We will refund any difference in shipping costs for international orders if the final shipping cost is below the flat international shipping rates charged with your order.
