Exchanges

We are happy to exchange like items within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds since our products are all custom made and made on demand. Please ensure items show no signs of use and are returned to us within 30 days for exchange. Due to high shipping costs and likely damage on return shipping to us we do not offer exchanges on 30"x30" canvas prints, 40"x40" canvas prints, 16"x54" canvas prints, 20"x50" canvas prints, 20"x40" canvas prints, sale/special priced items or signed and numbered limited editions.

All exchanges sent back to us must be accompanied with a receipt or order number and prior approval from us.  

Exchanges without proof of payment will be processed at wholesale pricing. Web specials, sales, and clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Steel Cow is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
